Yes. Ownkicks have a team of authentication experts who authenticate all top brands from individual sellers. Items being sold by businesses are 100% authentic. Please feel free to contact the seller with any questions.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAKE PAIR OF SHOES AFTER BUYING A LEGIT PAIR BASED ON THE IMAGE?
Because we use PayPal and Stripe as payment processing systems, your purchase is protected. In most cases, payment to the buyer may be delayed until you confirms that the item is received in its described condition. The Ownkicks team will work to discipline the seller and, if necessary, block their IP address and ban the seller.
WHO SHIPS THE ITEM I BOUGHT?
Sellers ship purchased items directly to buyers. If the item does not match what the seller showed on the marketplace, contact Ownkicks, your bank or the seller. You may also contact PayPal or Stripe to file a dispute.
